Corona is one of our most active service areas. The mix of older tract homes from the 80s and 90s and newer master-planned developments means we see everything from galvanized pipe corrosion and slab leaks in the older neighborhoods near the 91 to new construction warranty work near Eastvale. Hard water in the Corona basin is aggressive on water heaters — we replace and service a lot of Bradford White and Navien units here.
Riverside has some of the oldest housing stock in the IE — pre-war homes in the Wood Streets and Victoria Avenue area often still have original cast iron drain lines and galvanized supply lines that are well past their service life. Slab leaks are common in the post-war ranch homes throughout the city. We do a lot of re-pipe work here, and Riverside's water is notably hard on fixtures and water heaters.
Perris has seen significant growth and a lot of the newer residential development. We handle new construction-era plumbing issues as well as the aging ranch homes in the older parts of town. Emergency response in Perris is often faster than the larger cities — less traffic to fight.
Lake Elsinore sits on expansive soils — ground that swells with moisture and shrinks in drought. That movement is hard on slab foundations and the pipes running through them. We see more slab leaks per capita in Lake Elsinore than most areas we serve. If you're noticing hot spots on your floor or hearing running water with everything off, call us.
Murrieta is heavily suburban and most of the housing stock is from the 90s through the 2000s — the sweet spot where water heaters are hitting end-of-life and original plumbing fixtures are wearing out. A lot of Navien tankless installs here as homeowners upgrade from aging tank units. We know the city's water quality well and factor that into every installation.
Temecula's wine country setting and high-end residential neighborhoods mean homeowners expect quality workmanship and clean job sites. We do a lot of tankless water heater upgrades and whole-house remodel plumbing here. The commercial district near the Promenade also generates regular light commercial work.
Hemet has a large population of older homes and a significant retirement community — which means deferred maintenance is common and emergency calls come in often. We respond to Hemet regularly. The area's water can be particularly mineral-heavy, shortening water heater life and clogging aerators faster than other parts of the IE.
Moreno Valley's housing boom in the late 80s and early 90s produced a lot of homes now hitting 30+ years old — the age where slab leaks, aging water heaters, and corroded galvanized pipe become real problems. We're out here regularly. Emergency response is strong given our central IE location.
Fontana has a wide range of housing ages. Older neighborhoods near Kaiser have the expected aging infrastructure. Newer developments in the north bring new construction plumbing issues. We service both commercial and residential in Fontana — there are a number of industrial and light commercial properties that need a reliable plumber on call.
Rancho Cucamonga has high homeowner expectations and well-maintained neighborhoods. Most homes are from the 80s through 2000s, and water heater replacements and slab leak repairs are common calls. The city's proximity to the San Gabriel Mountains means soil movement can be a factor in older slab foundations.
Ontario has a large commercial and industrial base alongside its residential neighborhoods. We handle light commercial plumbing in the Ontario Mills area and surrounding business corridors as well as residential throughout the city. Ontario's water is on the harder side — we always recommend pre-filters with new tankless installs here.
Chino is a mix of agricultural heritage and newer residential development. The area has seen significant growth and we do a lot of new-construction and near-new home service here. Chino sits on a valley floor with clay soils that can stress slab foundations during wet years.
Norco's horse country homes often have non-standard plumbing configurations — agricultural water lines, detached structure plumbing, and large lots that make leak tracing harder. We're familiar with the area and know what to expect. Norco also has older housing in the flatlands near the 15 that needs slab leak attention.
Chino Hills is newer development with higher home values. Most of our calls here are water heater upgrades to tankless, Navien servicing, and the occasional slab leak in the older hillside homes from the early 90s. Homeowners here tend to be proactive about maintenance — which is exactly the right call.
Menifee has exploded in population over the last decade. A lot of new construction with standard builder plumbing — and the first generation of homes from the 2000s starting to need service. We cover all of Menifee, including Sun City and the Quail Valley neighborhoods.
Wildomar sits between Murrieta and Lake Elsinore with a mix of rural properties and newer subdivisions. Septic-to-sewer transitions have been common as the city grows. We handle both well and municipal water supply plumbing throughout Wildomar.
Canyon Lake is a gated community with an active HOA — which means work quality and presentation matter. We maintain a clean job site and the community's older homes are hitting the age where slab leaks and water heater replacements become regular. We know Canyon Lake well.
San Bernardino has significant aging infrastructure throughout the city. Older neighborhoods have cast iron drains and galvanized supply lines that need replacement. Emergency response is a significant part of our work in SB — burst pipes and slab leaks that have been ignored too long. Call us and we'll get back to you fast.
Redlands has beautiful historic homes that require a thoughtful approach — we don't demo first and ask questions later. Older Craftsman and Victorian-era homes need careful slab and foundation work. Redlands also has newer development on the east side. We handle both ends of the spectrum.
We cover more of Southern California than what's listed here. If you're within reasonable distance of the Inland Empire, call us — we'll let you know honestly whether it makes sense.
